A deposit of one night stay plus 12% hst tax is required to confirm your reservation.  Upon receiving your request your credit card will be charged.  The balance (if stay is more than one night) is due at check-in.  We accept cash, Visa or Mastercard.

Our cancellation policy is:

• 8 days or more before your time of arrival – no charge. 
  

• 7 days or less before your arrival – full day rate.

Check in time is anytime after 4pm and check out time is prior to 10:30am

Robin’s Nest B&B is a smoke-free environment, however, smoking is permitted outdoors.

We cannot accommodate guest pets.  We are a child friendly B&B, however, check with us for sleeping arrangements.
